The GHS-250 Gas Humidification System is designed to maintain the humidity inside a microincubation chamber. This helps prevent evaporation of the media and enables long term imaging of live cells on the microscope.
The complete system includes a standard 250 ml media storage bottle fitted with custom cap and TC-124A temperature controller. The cap is fitted with an immersion heater having thermistor feedback, a replaceable air diffuser, and input/output ports for the CO2/Air mixture.
The system also includes 12 feet of 1/4" O.D. x 1/8" I.D. Tygon tubing, a 1/8" to 1/16" and a 1/4" to 1/8" barb to barb fitting to facilitate connection to gas mixer and microincubation chamber.
